Change of Pace: Stay Balanced
The “Change of Pace” concept is here to remind people to live a balanced life. Balance requires us to know and understand when to push ourselves, and when to rest and recharge. Imagine standing on the edge of a cliff teetering off the edge; the anxiety and stress that comes with it. Now imagine being on top of the same cliff, with the same views, only you are standing in the middle, not the edge. You still get the breathtaking views without the anxiety of teetering on the edge constantly. The same goes for keeping your life balanced, allowing yourself a rest or a mental break can give you the opportunity to take in the views from a safe distance, but if you never pushed yourself you wouldn’t be standing there on the top.
All in all, a healthy life is a balanced life.
